Incredible staff, so professional and talented! If you're looking for an amazing group to take care of your salon needs look no further. I live in corpus and still travel back to Norma for all my hair appointments.
Just another salon. Went in to buy a gift card. After about 5 minutes someone came to the front because the phone was ringing. She couldn't find gift cards. She tried calling someone to find out where they are. I had to step outside because someone was getting their hair colored and the smell of the chemicals was so strong it was giving me a headache. Not what I would expect from a "spa" where the only smells should be natural oils. After another 10 minutes or so, the woman working there came outside and said she couldn't find gift cards and couldn't get hold of anyone. No apology or offer to take my information and get one ready for me or anything. I said I could probably get one in Corpus to which she enthusiastically responded, "Awesome!" then turned around and went back in the door. This is why businesses fail here --not because there aren't enough people supporting local businesses, but because businesses hire unprofessional workers who give poor service.
