Service was not good. Our waiter got the order wrong and then told the manager that it was our fault. I'm sorry but if you would just calm down and listen to your customers you would have heard correctly. We are snit almost done with eating and no one has offered refill. Yet they are steading talking in the back and eating the wrong order they have us. Sorry but don't think we will be coming back. And to think we drive in from corpus for this and during the facts that since we had no water no light came all this way .
Really bad service. Waited for about 20min before anyone could even assist me. Cashier knew I had been in line waiting and she ended up taking someone else who had just arrived... instead of serving me. A lot of employees just talking around on the side instead of doing their job.
Went for a kids birthday party. The employees had the nerve to sit around 25 people in the only seating area with a broken AC. They did put up three fans to blow hot air around while we ate pizza. It felt nice to go into the regular part of Pizza Hut with AC when the server forgot to bring us our beverages. We had paid up front separately for two beers and she said she would bring them by, after waiting 15 min, husband went back up and asked for the beverages. Server admitted she forgot and reached over next to her and pulled them out of the fridge. SHE COULD HAVE DONE THIS WHEN WE PAID. On the other hand the pizza was good but the service not so much.

Today we went by for their lunch Buffett and it was fabulous! The wait staff was kind and working together. The food was nice and fresh! Everything was pleasant! Thank you Pizza Hut!
