The website does not help me. The number provided by this site sends me to TX DPS cust. service, and they say "call Kleberg county dps, they have your information". I call with the number they provide me but they don't answer the phone! I've been calling all day during business hours. The automated options don't help, it says press 0 to speak to someone, it rings about 3-4 times then says i can't leave a message because it's full! I resorted to an other counties DPS office. The lady at the other country was very nice but of course she could not bring up the info I needed. Cuz Kleberg has it... and apparently getting paid our tax money doesn't warrent them to answer the phone! Oh... but if I had a warrent for my arrest. ..I bet they'd show up at my doorstep!!!
They where extremely rude. Went to get my ID with my daughter (only a year old) & my mom who was helping me what to say or do & they kicked my mom & daughter out rudely. They talked with lots of attitude. Very unprofessional!
Doesn't give the information you require and doesn't allow you to speak to an actual person. Terrible service and completely pointless.
Always busy and one of the 2 ladies is a typical public servant, but the other blonde lady is surprisingly calm and always extremely patient with all types of clients, I commend the integrity of this lady. I was one of those lousy clients myself and ended up under her care on multiple occasions, but she is always courteous, listening to every client very attentively, very respectful. A rare jewel.
Visited on 9/2/16 to have my daughter take a driving test, to our surprise we had the wrong date by a week!! The staff worked with us and squeezed us into their schedule, I was amazed by their friendliness and great spirits in placing forth an effort to provide customer satisfaction and help out a stressed out parent and his recently enrolled college student!! Thanks for helping us out!!
