I went to urgent care today and received excellent care. The staff was customer friendly at first but when it came go returning phone calls and relaying lab results that were supposed to take less than 24hrs- they are negligent. If you have something serious as an emergency, I would not go there.
Never had a bad experience here. It's always quick and the staff is very nice and helpful. Both my husband and I and both of our children have been here multiple times and my kids actually ask to go there instead of regular Dr. Great addition to this area. It is definitely needed here. My only wish is that they would stay open later.
StatCare has been by far the best place I have gone in a long time to get the care and concern that I needed. I am in a doctor's office at least every other month for routine check ups, seeing the same staff every time (they should know me by now) and I do not even get a "how are you?" The staff is wonderful at StatCare from the lady at the front desk, to the compassionate nurses, and of course the doctor who took her time to assess my needs. I have received about 4 phone calls in less than a week from the nurse checking on me, keeping me up to date with results and making sure I'm getting better.....any where else I would of had to be calling and inquiring myself. This is outstanding patient care and I appreciate everything that they have done for me! =)
