Told the wait was to be an hour. 2 hours later finally and had to ask for a wash. Never again.
Wow guys! We just got the new SmartStyle Hair Salon app and it's awesome. You can see the estimated wait time check in through the app & request a stylist also! Super convenient!
I went there for a trim! The lady showed me how much and it was not even half an inch, maybe a couple cm's. She cut off about 4 inches or more! Not only did she make the length of my hair go from almost the middle of my back to my shoulders. But she cut my layers straight across. She didnt blend them like how normal hair would grow. Now my hair looks lile huge chunky layers instead of beautiful blended layered hair. I AM NEVER GOING NOR RECOMMENDING THIS SALON TO AMYONE!!!
They wantedly making us wait... I dono what the reason is... I litterally waited for 3 hours and still there response is there are people before you... The worst experience ever
When I went in to get a haircut the wait was a bit long but I didn't have an appointment and they apologized for the wait a few times so for hospitality I give them 4 stars. But for the haircut I got I would give zero stars. I brought in pictures of what I wanted but the outcome was completely different. On top of that. The women rushed through the cut and was heavy on the razors on my neck.
