Excellent staff, love the text message reminders,my only issue is the wait time. The 3 month waiting list is a bit much for us but overall this is a well run establishment.
Really enjoyed the service your office provided. I was also pleased with all the explanation given to me by the dentist and staff. The receptionist staff were very friendly and provided services not only for me but also for my child while she waited for me. I will most like to finish my treatment in the near future. I am pleased with the services.

My dentist Dr Patel at Vela’s Dental is awesome. Has excellent patients care also very knowledgeable. Easy to communicate with and makes sure we are okay through out exam and procedure. Takes her time and explain and answers all questions. No matter how busy she might be. She’s very pleasant and caring. She is the best, and I’m very comfortable with her care.
I would describe my visit at the kingsville location not welcoming at all! Look I didn't grow up with perfect teeth and I'm working on getting that fixed, didn't have insurance nor Medicaid like others to help on that. But when I went in as a new patient I was seen by I believe her name was Dr Patel DDS and she sort of laughed at my teeth and asked where have I been? I didn't grow up with the money nor services like others and I found so extremely rude! I found another dentist somewhere where I do not feel insecure. The staff was really nice to me.
