First oil change : suggested tire rotation, ( it was running fine till den) 2 days after my both tires burst.
It seems like they creating new problems for their businesses.
Our car broke down on the Highway... Firestone was open on Sunday & very accommodating. They even gave us a ride to the hotel. (Thanks to the family of the Service Manager). The price for replacing fuel pump was fair and service was fast. Thanks for everything Firestone, yall are awesome!

Had a great experience here. Found a flat on my car, got it to the shop at 5:30, was worried that they would not be able to fix it that day, to get me on the road to Corpus Christi, an hour away. They had the thing fixed within 15 minutes. I was surprised and impressed. All in a good way. Thank you!
Bad customer service. Waited for 2 hours to have the alignment fixed. Responses were very curt.

I've been to firestones in Houston and the experience was totally opposite.
Update: after waiting for 2 hours I'm told that the machine got locked up and to come back the next day. Safe to say I won't
Second oil change: suggested engine mount change, ( car was running real smooth), just after the oil change it starts to sound like generator.
