Very rude... Needed a rental had a bad experience went to Hertz instead

If for any reason I am not satisfied with what I have rented they cordially exchange it for another regardless of where I am at and as long there is an Enterprise close by.
Staff is always helpful and courteous. I always make my reservations online and my vehicle is always ready. I use a rental about 130 days out of the year sometimes for a day or two but also for week long and even an entire month and they always work with me.
Have been renting from them since four year. Never had any issues. Should be open on weekends(sat and sun) as well even if it is for 3 hours or so.
If for any reason they don't have what I request they try their best to match with something similar or better.
Their automóviles are always clean, well taken care of and free of odors.
The car will be picked up and a new rental delivered.
