Excellent service department! I didn't have an appointment but was still taken care of promptly. Even though I went in for an oil change and tire rotation my service advisor Alex took the liberty of checking for recalls. Thankfully no recalls were found but certainly appreciative of the extra mile he took to help me out.
I'm a Corpus resident and I needed to have my vehicle serviced. Lithia CJD is my closest dealer so I read the numerous reviews which happen to be negative. Not wanting to drive back to the dealership in San Antonio I bought my car at I went to Lithia and, like many others, I had a bad experience. I decided to search the surrounding areas for dealers hoping for an alternitive dealer. Neessen CDJR had a 5 star rating but only had 3 reviews at the time. I decided to take the drive to see for myself and I'm glad I did. The staff were polite, professional, and informative. I received phone calls with updated status of the service and every question I asked was answered in detail. Questions asked in person were answered with a printed diagram to help with the explanation. I am very knowledgeable about vehicles and I normally do my own repairs, but this was an A/C issue and I didn't have means to do this repair. I have a full understanding of the A/C components and processes that occur, the staff did not attempt to make up fake issues to make a profit. I will gladly make the drive again should my car need servicing in the future and I highly recommend this service department to anyone.
